  1. Empty noodle packets and keep the taste maker sachet aside.
  2. Heat 2 cups water in a pan and boil the noodles. Drain and collect the plain boiled noodles aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl add all the above mentioned veggies along with besan, salt and the maggi taste maker masala.
  4. Dry mix them all with a spoon.
  5. Now add in the boiled noodles and mix nicely with the veggi till it becomes a sticky and a thick mix. (Don’t add water)
  6. Heat oil in a wok for deep frying the pakoras.
  7. Scoop out a spoonful of noodle mix and gently shape it into a pakora and drop carefully in hot oil.
  8. Fry the pakoras till golden in color.
  9. Collect them on a kitchen towel to absorb excess oil.
  10. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
