 Strawberry Hot Chocolate – Christmas Recipe

Instructions
  1. In a blender add Strawberries with powdered sugar and grind to make a fine puree.
  2. Transfer into a bowl, add cream and stir well.
  3. Pour the mix in a sauce pan and bring it to boil.
  4. Add chopped White chocolate and mix until dissolves.
  5. Add vanilla extract and cinnamon powder. Give a quick stir and turn off heat.
  6. Serve hot in a cup with Marshmallows and fresh Strawberries.
Recipe Notes
  • Use good quality Strawberries 
  • Quality of sugar can be adjusted as per liking.
  • Blend cream with Strawberry puree nicely.
  • Serve hot 
  • Use topping of your choice.
