ROSE LASSI | ROSE FLAVORED SWEET YOGURT DRINK

  • 1 1/2 cups Yogurt curd / fresh thick – or 300 gms
  • 1 cup water Chilled
  • Sugar – as needed
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tsp Rose syrup – or more
  • handful Ice cubes

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups Yogurt curd / fresh thick – or 300 gms
  • 1 cup water Chilled
  • Sugar – as needed
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tsp Rose syrup – or more
  • handful Ice cubes
Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl add curd, rose syrup, sugar, salt and water and whisk it with an electronic blender or a traditional lassi making hand blender till smooth.
  2. Check sugar and add more if required.
  3. Add lots of ice cubes in the serving glass and pour in the lassi and serve chilled.
  4. You can garnish the lassi with some fresh rose petals or chopped nuts.
