Instructions
  1. Combine water and canned peach halves along with syrup (if you are using fresh peach then add sugar as needed) in a pan and bring it to a boil.
  2. Reduce the flames and cook for another 5-6 mins.
  3. Turn off the gas, and set aside to cool.
  4. Transfer the mix into a blender and blend to make a fine puree.
  5. Add orange juice and stir well.
  6. Transfer the puree to a glass tray or an ice cream tray and freeze for 3-4 hours or more until firm. You can also freeze it over night.
  7. Remove the tray from freezer and scrape entire mixture with a fork until fluffy.
  8. Serve immediately and garnish with some peach pieces, orange slices and fresh mint.
