Instructions
How to make Pan Cakes –
  1. Take a big bowl and add all purpose flour, sugar, partially beaten egg, few drops of vanilla essence and milk to make a thick batter. The batter should not contain any lumps. It should b thick and smooth.
  2. Heat a non stick tawa/ flat bottomed pan.
  3. Brush some melted butter on the heated pan.
  4. Now add a scoop of the batter and allow it to spread by itself. As the batter is thick it won’t spread much.
  5. Let the pan cake fry from bottom. Flip it and fry the other side too. Don’t over fry the Pan cakes. They should b fried till they attain a golden color.
  6. Similarly make more pan cakes with the left batter.
  7. Pile them on a plate and garnish with caramelized apple and top it with dark chocolate sauce.
  8. Your pan cakes are ready, Serve Hot!!!
How to make caramelized apple –
  1. Take an apple, wash and cut into slices.
  2. Heat a Non stick pan or a wok.
  3. Now add sugar around 4 tbsp in the pan.
  4. As the sugar starts melting add the apple slices. Remember the sugar should not get burnt.
  5. Cook the apples in the caramelized sugar for few seconds, till the sugar gets coated and the apple get caramelized and soft.
  6. Add the caramelized apple as a topping on the piled pan cakes and serve hot.

Note: The chocolate sauce i used is ready made and is easily available in any departmental store.
