Ingredients
For the Fudge :
  • 20 Biscuits Sweet (i used Britania marie biscuit)
  • 1 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 5 tbsp Dry fruits ( Cashew nuts, Almonds, Walnuts) – choppped
  • a pinch Salt
For Icing :
For garnishing :
  • 5 tbsp coconut Dessicated – (approx)

For the Fudge :

Instructions
For the Fudge :
  1. Powder the biscuits in a grinder and keep it aside in a large bowl.
  2. In a small wok add mix butter , sugar, milk , cocoa and salt and heat on medium flame till the sugar dissolves.
  3. Now add the chopped nuts and vanilla essence and mix the solution well.
  4. Pour this mixture over the powdered biscuits and mix thoroughly.
  5. 5. Press the mixture evenly on a 4’inch tray and refrigerate it to set for approx 30mins.
For Chocolate Icing :
  1. Heat water and mix icing sugar and cocoa powder and mix well.
  2. Spread icing evenly over the fudge.
  3. Sprinkle dessicated coconut on top and once again put to set in refrigerator for approx 20-25mins.
  4. Cut into pieces and serve !!!
