Instructions
  1. Clean, wash the chicken breasts, make 1 inch slits and keep aside.
  2. Collect all the other ingredients and in a large mixing bowl, add olive oil with the rest ingredients and mix well.
  3. Add chicken breasts and marinade for minimum 1 hour in refrigerator.
  4. Heat grill pan on the stove top and add spray/brush some oil.
  5. Place the marinated chicken on it and grill from both sides till the chicken is cooked soft and juicy.
  6. Transfer the grilled/roasted chicken on a serving platter and serve with a dash of lime juice all over.
  7. Serve Mexican Lime Chicken with salad and creamy dips.
