Instructions
  1. Clean corn cobs by removing husk and silk. You can also use frozen corns for this recipe.
  2. Heat the Kent Red Grill Pan on stove and place the corns on it.
  3. Grill the corn cobs from all sides until charred.
  4. Remove the grilled corn from the pan and keep aside. Turn off the gas too.
  5. In a small bowl mix red chili powder, oregano, cumin powder and garlic powder and keep aside.
  6. Now brush mayonnaise all over the grilled corn cobs and sprinkle the spice mixes on top.
  7. Spread the shredded cheese on a plate and roll the grilled corns on it such that the cheese gets coated all over. You can also place the grilled corns on the serving plate and sprinkle the cheese generously on them. It tastes amazing either ways.
  8. Now garnish the corns with some finely chopped cilantro or coriander and some lemon wedges along side before serving.
