  • 2 Mangoes Ripe – large (I used Baiganphalli)
  • 2 Tea bags (I used Taj Mahal)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Sugar – as needed
  • 4 cups Water

  • 2 Mangoes Ripe – large (I used Baiganphalli)

  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Sugar – as needed
  • 4 cups Water
For Garnish :
Instructions
  1. Wash, peel, chop the mangoes and puree them in a blender and refrigerate it.
  2. Heat water in a sauce pan and dip the tea bags and turn off the gas.
  3. Let the tea bag rest in the pan for a while till the water cools completely.
  4. Remove the tea bags and refrigerate the black tea.
  5. In a blender jar, add chilled tea, mango puree, lemon juice and sugar and blend together.
  6. Pour the prepared iced mix in the serving glass.
  7. Add plenty of ice, some lemon slices and mint leaf to garnish.
  8. Serve the mango iced tea chilled.
