Mango Almond Smoothie
Instructions
  1. Collect milk, chopped mangoes, low fat yogurt, almond meal and sugar/honey in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add handful of crushed ice cubes and divide the smoothie equally into two glasses.
  4. Garnish with some chopped almonds and serve chilled.
