HOME MADE BEDEKAR STYLE MANGO PICKLE

  • 3 Kg mango Raw – chopped into small size
  • 1 1/2 Peanut oil or Refined oil – liters
  • 300 gms Salt – around or as needed
  • 1 kg pickle Bedekar ready made spices

  • 3 Kg mango Raw – chopped into small size
  • 1 1/2 Peanut oil or Refined oil – liters
  • 300 gms Salt – around or as needed
  • 1 kg pickle Bedekar ready made spices
Instructions
  1. Take a clean, dry, large vessel and nicely mix the ready made Bedekar pickle mix with half a cup of oil.
  2. Take the mango pieces and rub then nicely with the pickle mix.
  3. Add salt and mix the entire mango and pickle mix again.
  4. Add the rest of the oil to the jar until its contents are covered.
  5. Keep in the sun for a week then store. You can adjust the oil if needed. The contents will be very tender in almost 2 weeks.
  6. Transfer the pickle into air tight jars and store them in a cool dry place.
