  1. Mash the boiled potatoes nicely and keep aside.
  2. Heat a pan and roast the peanuts.
  3. Heat 1 tsp of oil in a wok. Add jeera and ginger garlic paste, roasted peanuts and fry.
  4. Once the ginger garlic paste turns golden in color, ad the boiled peas and corns and fry them all well.
  5. Now add the chopped coriander, amchur powder and salt as needed and saute them all nicely.
  6. Now add the boiled mashed potatoes in the wok and mix everything nicely. Turn off the flame of the stove. Empty the whole potato mix in a separate bowl and let it cool.
  7. Once the potato mix is cool take equal portions of it and make oval shaped marbles with ur palm.
  8. Dip the marbles in cornflour paste or solution and roll them on the crushed sewai. As shown in the pic.
  9. Now heat oil in a wok for frying.
  10. Make more marbles in the same way and keep aside.
  11. Once the oil is heated, reduce the flame and slide the marbles in the wok from one end for frying.
  12. Fry all the marbles in batches till they turn golden in colour.
  13. Take off the marbles in a blotting / tissue paper so that the excess oil gets absorbed.
  14. Plate them all in a serving platter and serve hot with Juice / Tea or Coffee.
