Instructions
  1. Mix all above ingredients (expect cornflour, bread crumbs, water and oil) and make a soft dough mix. Refrigerate the mix for 10 mins to get firm.
  2. In a separate bowl mix water and cornflour to make a slurry.
  3. To make beetroot and corn patties, pinch a large lemon sized portion from the dough and flatten between the palm to shape into a patty.
  4. Meanwhile heat around 2-3 tbsp of oil in fry pan. Dip the prepared patty in the slurry and immediately transfer it on breadcrumbs and gently coat it.
  5. Place the patty on the fry pan and shallow fry from both sides until crisp.
  6. Place the fried patty on a kitchen napkin to soak excess oil and serve hot with your favorite dip or ketchup.
