Blanch the cauliflower florets in salted water for 3-5 minutes and drain the water completely and keep aside.
Make a thick batter with Plain flour, pepper powder, cornflour, salt and water.
Heat oil in a wok.
Dip the cauliflower florets in the batter & deep fry it till the florets become golden brown. Keep it aside.
Now heat 2 tspn oil in another wok and add sesame seeds, ginger & garlic, green chilly, capsicum &onion. Cook till the onion becomes soft and translucent.
Add all the sauces, a pinch of pepper powder, vinegar, sugar and salt.
Mix well. Add the fried cauliflower & combine well.
Make sure that the florets are well coated with the sauces.Garnish with sesame seeds.
