Instructions
  1. Heat water in a sauce pan and add sun dried butterfly pea flowers and bring it to boil.
  2. Once the water starts boiling, it will turn royal blue in color.
  3. Add honey or sugar as required and stir well.
  4. You can strain the tea or can even keep the flowers while serving.
  5. If you want to drink it hot then serve immediately. But as we are making a lemonade, hence cool the prepared blue tea and refrigerate for 10 minutes before serving.
  6. Once the blue tea is nicely cool, add lemon juice in it and you will see the blue tea changing color to purple/violet.
  7. Strain the lemonade and pour into serving glasses with plenty of ice in it.
  8. Add some fresh or dried butterfly pea flower as garnish and serve chilled.
