Ingredients
- 1 Bread loaf –
- 1 cup Sugar – (more/less per taste)
- 1.5 cups Milk (preferably ‘whole’)
- 4 tbs Cream
- 1 Butter Ghee stick Clarified
- 1/2 tsp Elaichi Cardamon / powder
- Raisins Almonds Cashew , and for garnishing
Ingredients
- 1 Bread loaf –
- 1 cup Sugar – (more/less per taste)
- 1.5 cups Milk (preferably ‘whole’)
- 4 tbs Cream
- 1 Butter Ghee stick Clarified
- 1/2 tsp Elaichi Cardamon / powder
- Raisins Almonds Cashew , and for garnishing

Instructions
1. Soak bread slices in whole milk and set aside.
Heat a skillet and melt 1 stick of butter add cardamon and soaked bread.
Cook until its light brown add 1 cup sugar and cream cook for approximately 10 minutes until it become mushy.
Heat 1 tbs of ghee and roast the cashews and raisins.
Pour on top of the halwa and Sprinkle cardamom powder.
Allow it to cool. Can be served hot or cold.
