khuskhus
Oil for frying
Instructions
In a bowl take besan, cornflour, salt and chilli flakes. Add water gradually to make a thin batter.
In a plate spread khuskhus/poppy seeds and keep aside.
Take the bread sides and dip into the batter one by one. Roll the dipped bread side on khuskhus so that it gets coated from all sides.
Heat oil in a wok and deep fry the bread corners/ sides.
Transfer the fries on paper towels so that the excess oil gets absorbed.
Serve hot with Tomato sauce/ chutneys/ dips.
