  1. Take a microwave safe mug or a medium size ramekin or any bowl in which you wish to make the cake,. I took ramekins so it’s completely your choice.
  2. Mix all the dry ingredients together… that is, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt and sugar and mix everything with a fork.
  3. Now add the butter/oil, milk and vanilla extract and stir nicely to make a smooth batter.
  4. Add some choco chips and give a quick fold.
  5. Place the mug in the microwave and set the temp at 900 degree C and bake for 1 minute.
  6. Insert a tooth pick in the center and check if it comes out clean. if not then bake for another 30 secs.
  7. Cool on a wire rack, dust some icing sugar on top and garnish it with a piece of strawberry or any other fruit or topping you like.
  8. Serve warm for best results!
Recipe Notes

Note :

Following the same method you cane even make small cup cakes in microwave and allow it to cool. Later pipe them as per your choice of cream and garnish it with your favorite toppings.
