Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped mangoes, bell peppers, onion, coriander and some fresh mint.
Season with lemon juice, kosher salt and freshly crushed black pepper and quick a nice toss.
Let is sit for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with some fresh mint and serve.
