No Milk Herbal Tea

by Shaheen Ali

Detoxification or detoxication (detox for short) is the physiological or medicinal removal of toxic substances from a living organism, including the human body, which is mainly carried out by the liver. Additionally, it can refer to the period of withdrawal during which an organism returns to homeostasis after long-term use of an addictive substance.

I have earlier shared the recipe of making ‘ Flat Belly Water ‘ which is again a natural detoxifying agent that helps clean our body and rejuvinate the entire body circle.

A herbal drink made with few natural ingredients infused with black tea is one of the most effective detox tea i have ever come across. It not just detox the body and enhance metabolism but is also a natural healer for serve cold and cough. As i am a weight watcher, i prefer making this tea fresh and have a cup of it every morning before breakfast.

The tea has some amazing ingredients like ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, mint, lemon grass, tulsi which are loaded with different medicinal properties. The NO MILK HERBAL TEA can also be given to children suffering from chronic cold and cough. Great energizer specially during winters. You always have a option to add milk and sugar in it, but that won’t effect to those who want to detox the body and also to them who are looking out for loosing some kilos.

Green tea & hibiscus tea are my favourites. Nowadays I have started consuming hibiscus tea so regularly and really enjoying my cup of tea. I had hibiscus tea for the first time in my life a few years ago. That time I thought it is something different I can not make at home. But a few months back I noticed it is just dried hibiscus petals what are being sold as hibiscus tea leaves. Then I decided to make my own cup of tea because at my backyard there are two types of hibiscus plants one is thick curly five petals flower and another one is thin five petals flower. I use both to make hibiscus tea for myself. https://www.favcounter.com/hibiscus-flower-tea/
