- 4 Chicken Breast piece
- 5 tbsps Olive Oil
- 4 tbsps Lime Juice
- 1 tsp Lime Zest
- 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp Coriander Seeds Crushed
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 2 tbsps Cilantro Coriander Chopped /

- Clean, wash the chicken breasts, make 1 inch slits and keep aside.
- Collect all the other ingredients and in a large mixing bowl, add olive oil with the rest ingredients and mix well.
- Add chicken breasts and marinade for minimum 1 hour in refrigerator.
- Heat grill pan on the stove top and add spray/brush some oil.
- Place the marinated chicken on it and grill from both sides till the chicken is cooked soft and juicy.
- Transfer the grilled/roasted chicken on a serving platter and serve with a dash of lime juice all over.
- Serve Mexican Lime Chicken with salad and creamy dips.
