Summer vacations are soon coming to an end. I am sure you made a lot of goodies and delicacies for your children this season. Well if you are still in search of quick , easy peazy recipe that is yummy and will leave your kids licking their fingers and kissing your cheeks is Chocolate Peanut Butter Bark. Just three basic ingredients and you are done! Trust me this bark is going to make you a star in your family. Super international looks and a combination of rich dark chocolate and peanut butter… aaah, what better can one ask for!


Do you have a refrigerator at home, and do you have some dark chocolate and peanut butter resting inside the fridge ???? Hey, it’s time to get them out of the fridge and transfer them to a microwave. It’s summers and when the world is heating, why not our chocolate and peanut butter heat! haha! Three ingredients and three steps will lead you to an amazing chocolaty experience and make you earn laurels. Isn’t it fabulous… ? So put on your aprons and set up to make some super amazing and kids most favorite Chocolate Peanut Butter Bark!

  • 2 cups Dark Chocolate Dark chocolate chunks or chips
  • 1/2 cup Peanut butter
  • 2 tbsps Chocolate chips (white or dark)

  • 2 cups Dark Chocolate Dark chocolate chunks or chips
  • 1/2 cup Peanut butter
  • 2 tbsps Chocolate chips (white or dark)
Instructions
  1. Take pieces of chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and melt in minimum temperature for 30 secs. Take out the bowl, stir and again melt for 30 secs. Keep repeating the process till the chocolate melts completely.
  2. Line a tray with parchment paper or butter paper and spread the melted chocolate with a spatula. Set aside to cool.
  3. Now pour some peanut butter on the chocolate spread and make swirls all around with a toothpick.
  4. Drop some chocolate chips (dark or white or both) all over and keep the tray in the freezer to set. This might take 2-3 hrs approx.
  5. Once the chocolate is set completely, take the tray out and cut the bark into pieces with a pizza cutter.
  6. Transfer the barks in a tub or a jar and store in refrigerator.
  7. Serve chilled.
