Who doesn’t like Tutti Fruity … i love them as i grew up eating some amazing deserts made using these tiny lil sparkling fruits chunks. Tutti Fruity Ice Cream happens to be my all time childhood favorite ice cream … did i tell you, i still love it haha! Well the only thing i love about summers is that we get to indulge our self into all the amazing summer drinks and frozen desserts.
I remember my mother use to make some awesome summer recipes to keep us engaged through out our vacations. One such fun recipe which i personally loved a lot was Tutti Fruity Ice Cream. Though she use to make the most simplest version of it with vanilla flavor and tutti fruity added in it, but still the taste was unbeatable. I also tried making some tutti fruity ice cream, but mine came with a twist. Yes, i made an eggless version, ad also added ricotta cheese to add some volume and texture to my ice cream.
Earlier i was a bit skeptical about the fusion so i tried making a very small portion… Oh my God! and it tasted divine. Hence i came up with my final recipe with you all. It’s easy but yes certainly needs a lot of patience as it requires a lot of time to set.
