Instructions
  1. Heat water in a deep vessel and boil the penne pasta till they become soft and double in size. Drain the water and keep aside.
  2. Wash and chopped Onion, Tomatoes and Garlic.
  3. Heat oil in a wok and add chopped garlic and fry till they turn golden.
  4. Now add chopped onion and fry till the onions becomes translucent.
  5. Now add the chopped tomatoes and fry till they become mushy.
  6. Add sweet corns and stir fry all nicely.
  7. Now add oregano flakes and fresh cream and mix them all together nicely till they acquire a saucy texture.
  8. Now add the boiled penne into the saucy mix and mix gradually.
  9. Season the pasta with salt as per your taste, chili flakes and add crushed mint leaves and grated cheese.
  10. Your Penne Pasta in tomato and cream cheese sauce is ready to be served.
Recipe Notes

Serve hot with Tea or Coffee and can even be a perfect tiffin option for kids.
