Instructions
- Heat water in a deep vessel and boil the penne pasta till they become soft and double in size. Drain the water and keep aside.
- Wash and chopped Onion, Tomatoes and Garlic.
- Heat oil in a wok and add chopped garlic and fry till they turn golden.
- Now add chopped onion and fry till the onions becomes translucent.
- Now add the chopped tomatoes and fry till they become mushy.
- Add sweet corns and stir fry all nicely.
- Now add oregano flakes and fresh cream and mix them all together nicely till they acquire a saucy texture.
- Now add the boiled penne into the saucy mix and mix gradually.
- Season the pasta with salt as per your taste, chili flakes and add crushed mint leaves and grated cheese.
- Your Penne Pasta in tomato and cream cheese sauce is ready to be served.
Recipe Notes
Serve hot with Tea or Coffee and can even be a perfect tiffin option for kids.
