With the onset of winters, arrives lots of green leafy vegetables that not just add up varieties in our cooking but also makes our winter mornings and evening delightful. One such winter delight is Methi Paratha accompanied by tangy mint n coriander chutney & Tomato garlic chutney.
Instructions
- Take a the wheat flour in a large bowl and add freshly plucked and chopped methi leaves, salt, hing, haldi powder and ajwain
- Knead them all well with water to make a soft dough.
- Make small balls of the dough and make round rotis.
- Heat a tawa or a non stick flat tawa and make the parathas by applying minimum oil on both sides.
- Using the same method make as many parathas as you want. Serve hot with your favorite chutney.
