There is a simple method to make this amazing Ginger Cucumber Detox Juice with handful of ingredients. All you need is Ginger, Cucumber, Lemon, Mint and 1 liter of distilled water to begin.

  • Take 1 liter water in a pitcher or a bottle and add fine sliced cucumber, lemon, ginger and fresh mint leaves.
  • Close the lid and let the water rest for 8-10 hours. Preferable overnight.
  • Next morning transfer the detox juice in a serving glass or a mason jar and drink empty stomach.
  • Finish the detox juice till evening by drinking in regular intervals.
  • If you don’t want to eat the cucumber then strain the water and discard the left over cucumber slices, lemon slices and mint. You can also add ice cubes during summers.

I haven’t tried it yet but I will today .any advice on how long to continue taking it im trying to lose 30pounds im a fat man standing at 6’3 -290 pound I walk for an hour every day .j heard a friend telling another friend how to cut down body fat by drinking boiling ginger water. B4 exercising.
