Nothing can be more blissful than the aroma of a freshly baked bread. I always had a fear to bake my bread. My friend Anshu has some amazing bread recipes on her blog, from the basics to the professional ones, you will find everything there. Her recipe is easy to follow and flawless that can never go wrong. Today i picked up her basic white bread recipe and followed the same. The only innovation i did was that instead of making a white sandwich bread, i stuffed some garlic and parsley spread to it and rolled out to make some pull apart bread. I know for a amateur bread baker like me, it was a huge step to directly jump upon the garlic rolls. But the basic recipe was so perfect that encouraged me to stretch my imaginations and do something beyond my limits.

Though Anshu had used a large ratio of ingredients so i cut it a little to make a small portion as i was trying it out for the first time. The garlic and parsley flavor just infuses beautifully inside the bread and makes it too appetizing. I am happy to have tried this and specially when i see a big smile on my son’s face, it’s worth all the hard work and efforts applied.
