Oops! i did it again…hahaha! Yes, i’m talking about the magic pan aka Panniyaram Pan or the Appe Pan. Ever since i got this magical pan in my kitchen, i am everyday experimenting something or the other on it. I am amazed to see the results, it’s truly amazing, how the appe pan cooks almost every snack with minimum consumption of butter/oil.
Who doesn’t love pan cakes? Wel i have a big time pan cake fan in my home, yes you got it right! It;s my son Abeer 🙂 Last night, he came up with a demand where he wanted chocolate chip pan cakes for his tiffin the next day. Now many of you must have faced the same problem like me, that whenever i make pan cakes, i either use butter in a higher side else the pan cakes come out too dry. I really wanted to cut down the butter quantity, hence i made the same batter as pan cake but turned them to pan cake pops!
Easy peasy pan cake pops are those soft and pillowy pops that gets dunked in chocolate and is absolutely melt in mouth. I bet, your children gonna love them. I did a little variations by adding chocolate chips in the batter and later dipped the cake pops in melted chocolate which made the pan cake pops more delectable. The pops left me happy as i saw my son enjoying it the most. Yes! he actually enjoyed them more than those regular pan cakes. So what are you waiting for, put on your aprons and make these fluffy and chocolaty pan cake pops with my easy peasy recipe….
