December is that time of the year that gives you enough reasons to celebrate and make merry. The holiday season brings such joy and happiness and also a lot exotic food. With food i mean some real good food. Brazilian grilled pineapple is a famous dish that comes from Brazilian cuisine and is served both as a snack and a dessert. Peeled pineapple is cut in round slices or wedges and coated with brown sugar and cinnamon powder. Marinated for some time and later grilled to get charred. A amazingly delightful and flavorful recipe that almost gives you a burst of flavors in your palate. The tangy pineapple, sweet brown sugar, absolutely aromatic cinnamon gives an awesome flavor ride. Slight use of lemon juice and red chili powder makes the dish even more interesting.

Grilled pineapple tastes even more better when teemed with some vanilla ice cream. So next time when you have enough pineapple at home and you just wanna try the fruity flavor with a tasteful bite, then try making this easy peazy quick dessert at home and surprise you family and friends.
