An absolute nutritious drink loaded with the goodness of banana, curd and honey is a natural weight gainer for children who are under weight. High in calories and rich with iron and vitamins helps in the growth of mind and body of the malnutrited.


Curd itself works as an anti oxidant hence it good for digestion. People who intake curd get far more nutritional benefits than who take milk. The banana, honey when combines with curd to make a thick and creamy lassi, itself becomes a filling drink that not only give strength to mind and body but also keeps your tummy full for quite a long time.

Instructions
  1. Add curd, banana pieces, honey and a pinch of salt together in a blender jar and blend it till thick and creamy.
  2. Transfer it into a pitcher and refrigerate it before serving.
  3. If you want to serve immediately, then add handful of ice cubes in the serving glasses and pour lassi in it.
  4. Garnish it with banana slices and a swirl of honey serve chilled.
