Ingredients
- 500 gms cauliflower
- 2 Potatoes
- 100 gms Peas or 1 small bowl
- 1 tomato medium
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 tbsp chopped ginger finely
- 2 green chillies slit
- 1 tbsp coriander chopped
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp Dhania powder
- 1 - 2 tsps masala Kitchen king
- salt as needed

- Cut the cauliflower into medium size florets. Cut the potatoes into long medium sized slices.
- Wash the florets n potato slices in running water nicely, drain the water n keep aside.
- If u are using frozen peas then soak them in warm water for 10 mins. But if u are using fresh peas then wash and keep aside.
- Take a kadhai/ wok and heat oil.
- As soon as the oil is heated add chopped ginger, onion n slit green chilies n saute it till the onion turns translucent.
- Now add the florets n potatoes and stir fry all in medium to high flame. Stir the veggies in intervals so that it doesn't get burnt. Don't keep on stirring as the florets may break.
- Now as the veggies are stir fried add peas n tomatoes n close the lid or 2-3 mins.
- Now add the spices like turmeric/haldi powder, Red chilli powder, Dhania Powder n Kitchen King masala n mix well. Close the lid n let the veggies cook in low flame.
- You may adjust the oil if needed.
- Say after 5-6 mins the veggies must have cooked and now its times to add salt as needed.
- Mix all carefully so that the florets don't get mushy. Cook for another few minutes with the lid open.
- Turn off the flame and garnish it with freshly chopped coriander.
- Adraki Aloo Gobhi Mutter is ready. Serve Hot with Roti/ chapati or paratha.
