Black Grape Juice – Life’s Simple Pleasures!

Sometimes life’s big pleasures lies in simple things… Grape juice is one such simple pleasure that refreshes me during my work hours. Just a bunch of fresh grapes , a rich source of Vit C neutralizes the body and keep my mind , body and soul fresh and right in place. These days, as i am finally keeping a check on my health, hence i avoid adding sugar into it. A natural detox that keeps my system in check. Though their is nothing much in the recipe, still shared it over here as i am practicing to click through my new DSLR…and as always i was in such a hurry to get the pics that i even forgot to keep grape bunches near by to make the picture look even more beautiful. Kindly adjust with my hurried nature… wink wink!

So just sit back, relax and enjoy this tangy fruity juice and do whatever u want to do man :p

A SIMPLE RED GRAPE JUICE - Life's Simple Pleasures!

  • 1/2 kg Black Grapes Red /
  • 3 tbsp Sugar - (optional)
  • 1/2 cup Water

  • 1/2 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Wash grapes nicely under running water to remove dirt or mud if any. Put them in a juicer grinder and grind all to make juice. If you have advanced juicer then the skin of the grapes will be separated automatically. If not then take a large strainer and stain the grape juice nicely.
  2. Collect the juice in a pitcher and add sugar and stir well till dissolved. Health freaks and diabetics may avoid sugar.
  3. Refrigerate the juice for sometime.
  4. Serve chilled !!!
